Terms of sale

1. The seller

2. Scope

These terms govern the sale of drawing and painting classes, live online or in person in Paris, offered on this site to consumers.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including any applicable tax. [If applicable: “VAT not charged, art. 293 B of the French tax code”.] The price that applies is the one displayed when you book. Personal materials (pencils, paper, paint, canvas) are at the student’s expense.

4. Enrolment and payment

There is no payment on this site, and no form. You send your request for a place by email to info@atelierrealiste.fr.

The seller replies within 24 working hours with the places available, the applicable fee and the agreed method of payment: [PAYMENT METHOD: bank transfer, cash on site, a payment link sent by email…].

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received. The practical details — joining link or studio address, schedule, materials list — are then sent by email.

5. Places

Groups are capped at 8 people, for the Tuesday studio session as for the Wednesday online class. Requests are handled in the order they arrive; once a group is full, a waiting list is opened.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Articles L.221-18 ff. of the French Consumer Code you have fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason.

If you expressly ask for the service to start before that period ends and it is fully performed within it, you lose the right of withdrawal. If it is only partly performed, the refund is proportionate to what remains to be delivered.

To withdraw, simply write to info@atelierrealiste.fr before the deadline. Refunds are made within fourteen days of receiving your request, by the same means used for payment.

7. Cancellation and rescheduling

By the student: [YOUR TERMS — e.g. rescheduling possible up to 48 h before a session, up to X times.]

By the seller: if a session cannot go ahead it is rescheduled to a date announced as soon as possible. If no reschedule is possible, that session is refunded pro rata.

8. Teaching materials

Sessions are not recorded. They are followed live only.

Materials given to students — materials lists, worksheets, references — are for their personal use only: sharing, distributing or reselling them is prohibited.

9. Conduct in class

The seller may exclude, without refunding sessions already attended, any participant whose behaviour disrupts the class or the other students.

10. Complaints and mediation

Complaints can be sent to info@atelierrealiste.fr. Failing an amicable solution, you may use free of charge the consumer mediator named in the legal notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
